Privacy Statement of Farma-Derma s.r.l. pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003, containing the Code for the Protection of Personal Data (rev 1.0 of 25.06.2004)
Dear customer,
with this statement on data protection measures, we want to provide you with information on the types of data that we may collect and how we use that data, in accordance to the national and European data protection regulations.
The Italian law (art. 122 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03) has introduced an European Directive that requires to the owners of websites that use cookies or other tracking technologies to inform the user about the types of possible cookies used by the website and to require the prior consent of the user for sending these cookies to the user's terminal equipment and/or for accessing to information stored on the user's terminal equipment.

Storage and use of data

The data we store on our servers comprises the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visited us, the Farma-Derma web pages you have looked up and the date and duration of your visit.
Such data are in no way attributable to the user's identity.
Collection, processing and use of personal data
Data processing will be performed with the support of automated tools designed to store, manage and transmit such data in order to guarantee their security and confidentiality. Data will be processed by employee and/or third parties appointed by Farma-Derma, that perform such activities under its direct supervision and responsibility. Farma-Derma ensures and guarantees that no subjects concerning sensitive data will be directly or indirectly treated.*
Unless we are subject to other legal commitments, we use your personal data only for the purposes for which you have given your consent.
Data retention
The data will be preserved at Farma-Derma on servers managed by ARUBA SPA at least for the time foreseen by law.
Right to review, correct and object
We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30th June 2003, you have the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data and you have the right, within the terms and limits of the current laws, to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist, and to know their source, to get communication of such data in an intelligible form, to be informed of the logic, methods and purposes of the processing, to obtain updating, ratification, integration, erasure, anonymization, blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary to the purposes for which they have been collected, as well as, more generally, exercise all the rights recognized by the current applicable laws.
